X Dynamic Soul: Sport, Merino Wool and Spatial Experience
X Dynamic Soul is a range of high-performance merino yarns developed for activewear. At ISPO Munich, the challenge was not to explain that merino belongs in sport. The collection needed to take its place inside that world with confidence.
Technical specifications and samples could describe the yarn. They could not carry the full experience around it: movement, exposure, changing weather and physical effort. These conditions became the starting point for the presentation.
RACK developed the booth as one continuous environment around the collection. Deep green surfaces rose in irregular layers, giving the space the character of an active terrain without reproducing a landscape literally.
Natural timber brought warmth and tactility into the darker structure. The contrast kept the space direct and physical, while giving the yarns a clear setting for close viewing and conversation.
Moving images developed by fffilms.it carried snow, mountain trails, water and human movement across the rear of the booth.
The film was integrated into the space from the beginning, bringing changing conditions and energy into the atmosphere without competing with the product.
The references to sport remained indirect. Nothing needed to imitate a mountain or an arena. Form, material and movement were enough to place the collection inside a world of effort, weather and performance.
At ISPO, X Dynamic Soul held the centre of the experience. Merino yarn was given enough room, movement and atmosphere to register as a sports proposition in its own right.
